    Each team's highest wins total

I did this to answer a question in TML, and it got me curious about other leagues. Here's each team's winningest regular season:

Wheat State: 107 (2160, last year! Lost in DCS). 13 100 win seasons. Worst season: 36 wins (2152, 9 seasons ago as Tennessee Blues. Wonder how they got so good? ). 21 100 loss seasons.
    Provincetown: 106 (2014 as Falmouth, won WS). 6 100 win seasons. Worst: 51 in 2005. I'm seeing a pattern... 12 100 loss seasons
Polk: 108 (twice, 2151 (Won WS) and 1999 (Lost WS)). 8 100 win seasons. Worst: 43 and counting (2061). Already set their record losses (114), so this will be their worst year. 13 100 loss seasons.
Oxford: 118 (2075 as SF Takeis, lost DCS). 9 100 win seasons. Worst: 45 (1986 as Brampton Expos). 20 100 loss seasons.
    Loves Park: 110 (2121, Lost LCS). 9 100 win seasons. Worst: 52 (twice, 2016 and 1984). 11 100 loss seasons.
    Honolulu: 107 (1987, lost LCS). 6 100 win seasons. Worst: 44 (2159). 22 100 loss seasons.
Midwest: 112 (2065, as Oakland Orange Orphans, lost LCS). 14 100 win seasons. Worst: 43 (1996, as Inland Empire). 9 100 loss seasons.
    Massapequa: 105 (1998, as Honolulu, Lost DCS). 6 100 win seasons Worst: 48 (2020). 12 100 loss seasons.
Hartford: 107 (2105, as Los Angeles Dodgeballers, Lost LCS). 13 100 win seasons. Worst: 40 (1999). 12 100 loss seasons.
Grove Street: 115 (2140 as Malmo, lost DCS). 35 (!) 100 win seasons. Worst: 35 (1991, as Cleveland Steamers). 15 100 loss seasons.
Goldfield: 103 (1981, as Brooklyn Bluecaps, Won WS). Won the CBF Inaugural WS and that remains their only 100 win season. Worst: 41 (1992. also as Brooklyn) 22 100 loss seasons.
    Bucharest: 119 (2079, lost LCS). 17 100 win seasons. Worst: 40 (1991, as Brampton Bombers) 14 100 loss seasons.
    Worcester: 121 (2003, lost DCS). 52(!) 100 win seasons. Worst: 50 (2074) 11 100 loss seasons.
    Tanasbourne: 116 (2143, lost LCS). 7 100 win seasons. Worst: 47 (2075, as Elyria). 24 100 loss seasons.
    NY Mammoths: 115 (1991, lost DCS). 27 100 win seasons. Worst: 39 (2020). 19 100 loss seasons.
Kennebunk: 115 (1991, as St. Louis, Won WS). 16 100 win seasons. Worst: 44 (2033, as Tanasbourne). 13 100 loss seasons.
    Dorchester: 99 (2021, as Ceres Cubs, Lost DCS). 0 100 win seasons. Worst: 38 (2145) 13 100 loss seasons.
Boston: 126 (2105, lost LCS). 54(!) 100 win seasons. Worst: 36 (2085). 38(!) 100 loss seasons. I'm not surprised that the former TNB Maestro's team leads in 100 win AND 100 loss seasons.
    Rochester: 119 (1989, Lost LCS). 15 100 win seasons. Worst: 42 (2015). 10 100 loss seasons.
New England: 120 (Twice as DR Congo, 2051 and 2048, both WS wins). 9 100 win seasons. Worst: 55 (2143). 5 100 loss seasons.
Madison: 105 (Twice. 2035 as Christmas and 2003 as NO Rebels, both WS wins). 13 100 win seasons. Worst: 41 (1995, as New Orleans). 13 100 loss seasons.
Albany: 110 (2045, as Wexford, lost DCS). 4 100 win seasons. Worst: 52 (Twice, 2080 as Mansfield and 2051 as Great Lakes). 11 100 loss seasons.
Duck: 111 (2102, Lost WS). 15 100 win seasons. Worst: 49 (twice, 1998 and 2003, both as Boulder Iceholes). 23 100 loss seasons (8 were me).

8 franchise win record teams lost in the DCS, the same # (8) won the WS. Another 8 lost in the LCS. Only 2 made it to the WS and lost.

Meaning, only 10/27 teams having their best year ever (based on wins) made it to the WS.

3 teams best season followed their worst season by 8 or 9 seasons, showing it pays to be bad. Or did, hopefully the lottery will help alleviate that.

This is VERY similar to what I found in TML.

Look how many teams best/worsts are from the early 1990's. What was going on back then?

I was surprised to find my own franchise with the 3rd most 100 loss seasons, though only 8 were on my watch.

Came down to the final two games, but put another 100 win season up for Boston.

When I ran the Wheat State franchise (Back when they were the Plymouth New Pilgrims) they had both a 100-win season and a 100 loss season in the space of four years.

That makes sense - mediocrity is my middle name.

Blazing Mediocre Phoenix would be a solid band name.
