Then he follows that up with another 9 inning, 2-hit, 2-walk, shutout of Baltimore. Runs his record to 11-4 with a 1.89 ERA in 17 starts. He has pitched three consecutive shutouts. Going 11 against the Twins (Reuss with the save when he pitched the 12th), and going all the way back-to-back against the Tigers and Orioles. 29 consecutive shutout innings. 14 quality starts in 17 total; nine complete games and four shutouts. Not bad for a waiver wire pick-up in a league where you can't find anything on the waiver wire these days.

looking for another front end SP, would consider an impact SS/2b.
As far away as he is from his actuals at age 23, I'd have to consider him a project player. He's 30-40 away in all 4, and only gained 1 2 1 3 last flip. I'd be hesitant to invest a 2nd round pick on him. That's assuming, based on scouting, of course. He may be over-scouted and much closer to pots.
This is why I turned down your offer.

looks like the new update will address player development- yay!
3 expansion teams have made the playoffs this year
I can't believe the Phillies didnt make the playoffs and didn't finish over .500 , don't know if that has ever happened before.
