We as a league need to make up our mind on which direction we would like to go

1. Baseball Era: Classic or Free Agent ERA or Dead Ball Era

2. Scouting: Scouting OFF= everyone gets 100% scouts on all players. Scouting ON= everyone gets the same scouting, which is of variable accuracy based on age/exp and scout ability? Also either way we get Letters for potentials.

3. Potentials: We can either have individual ratings with letters, or a grouping (Offense, Defense, Pitching) of ratings with one letter.

4. Draft Lottery: I'm open to either one

5. Salary Cap: For now, we will stay with the same salary cap. I like our cap number for the current game, it forces good teams to make hard decisions at times. I think that with basically no money needed for FOA now, we may have to lower the cap, but I want to see how salary adjusts in the new system. For now we will remain at the current cap level, we can re-evaluate based on our own experience after a full season

I like offense, so I’d want to avoid dead ball era. I could go either way with scouting. Not a fan of the lottery, but I could be swayed if others are strongly in favor.

Also not a fan of the lottery and I hate tanking.
It's tough to understand, at this point, the potentials of a player. The other leagues I'm in (only 2 others) the dead ball era must be in place. This is supposed to be just for fun. Sometimes overthinking things can be a pitfall.

Sorry , I’m late. I’ve had theses same questions for owners in a league I’m running.
I don’t like the new scouting. And the game , best I can tell run heavy on pitching now. Every team I have , the pitching got better and the hitting tanked. And we are playing classic
