    Draft lottery and commissioner changes

    Smittias has been a rock running the Moneyball draft lottery, but we will enable the built-in draft lottery instead and let him go. This will take effect for next year's draft, and we'll just live with skipping the lottery for 2161.

    We're also adding Cardboardtube as a commissioner, so the succession is secured if Smitty rage quits over this.

    Does anyone have any objections or other comments regarding any of this?
