    I think if any changes are made we do a vote and have a waiting period of a few seasons so that teams can adjust, except for maybe the draft lottery, to me that should take affect immediately if voted on

    After seeing how far off some of my “scouted” ratings are off, I’d like to propose we go with the “scouting off” option. Not having the same ability to get scouting via FOA just seems to have given us very inaccurate ratings now.
