The only way I can currently generate the 50K scrub thing is to make them all 55+, which suppresses the actual ratings and salary. This is from trial and error of making thousands of them at this point.

Is that what you want or do you want to go with the ages you listed, which may create better than "50k scrub" talent? Even at worst setting, though lower chance with the lower volume requested.

Ok, let me know if you end up wanting some created either way. fwiw the ones we did for jpax on 3.0 were all the old type.
