Let me tell you, I had just gotten my first college check. I borrowed the maximum amount I could. It bought a Dell. It was like $4000. And it was pretty damn slick. Top of the line. Now it's in a garbage dump somewhere I'm sure. Took me many years to pay off those stupid loans lol. Now I have even bigger ones from graduate school. I digress.

I currently have a desktop and an old, not-so-slick laptop. And this new thing we have called a cell phone.

Slick -- what a great find... I often look back at the Wayback Machine, it's the best way to rekindle the past of CSFBL.

Widowmaker was my nemesis in A New Beginning for years. He was the Yankees and I felt like the Red Sox, always second best...........

Ouch. Gotta throw in a Red Sox-Yankee jab lol.

If Jason gives you a day off, maybe we can go see a game next year? I've still never been to Yankee Stadium (old or new). I bet with all of the renewed interest in the game and new features, a 2022 Yankees game could attract a lot of CSFBL users.

Yankees 2022 Schedule Suggestions: "The Yankees will play their home opener on 4/7 vs. Boston, the first game of a three-game series which also includes games on 4/9 and 4/10…the Yankees will also face off vs. the Red Sox at home from 7/15-17 and 9/22-25."

That 7/15-17 (Fri-Sun) seems to me the perfect weekend. Far enough away that people can plan for it. Summer weather. I'm sure it will be a Red Sox sweep. What better way to have a meet and greet for CSFBL Users? I would even recommend having an online sign up, and purchasing the tickets as a group. Can you say Legends Suite? (Lol, who knows, the sky is the limit)

I wasn’t sure if I was going to find out you had been updating your username over the years. And I think any joke I think of about what it would have started out as, or what it should be updated to now would get labeled a Dad joke.

I've literally never had another username. I know many people have recycled names or identities, for whatever reason. I've always been me. Though, my kids have heard a good Dad joke or two...

CSFBL is lucky to have this group of fine gentlemen working together to improve the game and strengthen the community. It’s hard to imagine a better surprise development for the future of the game. I don’t know where it will all lead, but there’s no doubt that it will be better than it would have otherwise been, and I appreciate that. To Zubaz, Mak, Smittias, Jar, Luke, et al., thanks for never giving up on the game and the people; I hope you get back at least as much as you put in.

I recall many Skype calls as we tried to chart a course back then, but just couldn't make it happen then. It's fantastic to see that dream becoming a reality!

Keep up the great work folks and maybe someday I'll figure out a way to fit in some playing time.
Nice to see you back; your championship team is ready for your return when you are ready
