    Always a pleasure, Vulp!
I figured I've spotted you enough DCS wins for now. :P

I expected to get blown out by Santiago after the season they had. I was shocked to take an early lead, and just giddy to actually force 7 games. Then, to eek out a game 7 win with a go-ahead 9th inning run! Wow. I was starting to consider this build a failure. We actually had the 3rd worst offense this season.

Congrats to Vulp and Antarctica of the South Division, on winning the BD WS,and ending a 6 season drought for Conference B in the Series. Oddly, Nashville was the last team to win it all for Conference B, and then tragedy struck and Orlando was banned from league for 4 seasons, from a riverboat gambling trip gone wrong!
In addition, I'd like to pay homage to the great James Chandler, who won 9 straight MVP's for Tulsa, and finally got beat this year in voting. Not only is he the greatest player in BD history, he is one of the greatest in CSFBL history. At 31, he just got his 3,000 hit, and has over 1,100 SB, and 500 hr's. He should retire number one in almost every hitting category in BD when he hangs it up? His EN is the only concern at this point from that happening? Hopefully he can add to his WS ring count of two, before its all said and done?

Also a note for Clarence Harris making the Hall of Fame as a second round draft pick (#26 in 2056 taken by Alabama Crimson Tide)

    Re: 2080 Season discussion

Man these rebuild seasons are long and agonizing. The month of October even longer all for one mostly anti climactic season rollover on 11/1. On a side note I get burnt out managing too many teams playing too many games.. It gets to be a task or chore to set lineups and/or do quests/achievements.

Season awards were not kind to Orange County this season. Morgan and Whitaker both should have been all stars. Brooks you could make an argument for as well.

The lone all star was Paul Hathaway. His second one. For some reason the game loves this guy and I have no idea why...

Morgan, Whitaker, Sides, and Brooks all should have gotten gold gloves. 3 of the 4 were last season. Brooks was the only one of those 4 to land one this season.

I'm expecting significant improvement next season. While the pitching will still stink. I expect to call up Crawford and Buono next season to join Sides, Whitaker, Morgan, and Brooks. With Hall, Burke, and Wilson still a few seasons away. If I'm able to land more solid pitching to go along with Horace Brown (to be renamed Rick Vaughn) and that offense look out Baseball Dynasty....

    Congrats Vulp.

Man I am kicking myself for not going after Fisk when he was available. I need an ace, I'm stuck in no-man's land without it and should have rolled the dice. Mendoza is toast and I'm looking at 85 wins and a solid 3rd place finish. My bullpen can only carry me so far.

I'm ready to blow this puppy up, but not sure I'll find enough to make it worth my while.

I have no idea how 304 game winner and Nashville legend Eugene Keeley didn't make the HoF on his 1st ballot? One of the guys that got in this year had 70 less wins. I know he had a real bad last season with 20 loses, but the dude was a beast for years, in the toughest Division in BD.
