Yea Royston is pretty much done. We surprisingly had a good regular season but as our core players (all 35 or so) keep declining we’ll be in a long rebuilding period. We have essentially no LM as we leveraged everything we had to win now.

If anybody wants some still useful vets, we’ll be shopping for picks/prospects.

I may be interested after this run. Amazingly, our 83 win team has easily marched to the finals beating 85 and 98 win teams. I can't see us not getting sweeped in the finals but then again I thought we'd get destroyed in the second round. These guys are playing their hearts out, and its the pitching my weak spot... if only the batters could wake up and the pitchers stay hot...

Waco fans are absolutely crushed. After finally getting past Royston, fans started buying World Series tickets a bit early. As is normal, the overconfident fan is the disappointed fan. Waco hopes to bounce back next season even as some key parts begin to show some age.
