    2110 Season

League of Legends has a new all time Triples leader. Shawn Snow of the TX BBQ got triple # 207 in his last season (100% chance of retirement). He's on the bubble for the Hall of Fame since he decided not to hit many homeruns or take many walks. Shawn plaid most of his career in a very triple friendly park. He would have close to 300 triples and 4000 hits if his BA skill did not drop off so steeply at age 33.

Congrats to Snow. He was a bit of an unsung hero of that dynasty. I'm sure his teammates ridiculed him for being drafted as low as #16.

No-hitter for Youngstown pitcher Walter Nelson against Goat Island! He's been sort of overlooked with Elliott, Calder, & Johnson on the same staff - but he's been steady since coming over in a trade 4+ seasons ago. I just wish the "achievements" list still worked for players.

Tri-City was 65-46 on 8/3 and I was contemplating trading for a much needed ace to help in the post season. Since that time we have gone 8-27 and sit at 73-73 on 9/11. Ugh!

Good God. Lost 8 in a row since I posted this, 8-35 since 8/3. One of the worst turnarounds I've encountered in all my time in CSFBL.

That is rough, especially when the wildcard is below .500

After missing out of the playoffs the last nine seasons, Criminal Minds are finally going to the postseason again. Since our last appearance in 2100, we have finished no better than fourth in the division. Last season we were 82-78...and finished last.

Won five of our last six to win the wildcard by one game over three other teams. 78-82 with a -43 run diff. New York should make quick work of the Dust Devils.

Stockholm got off to a hot start and Youngstown started dreadfully. Since then I have just been waiting for them to catch up and crush our hopefully little hearts. They did catch up towards the end of the season, but Stockholm clawed back to end up as the #1 seed. I still fully expected Youngstown to repeat last year's DCS beatdown, but with two losses in the first three games they don't look unbeatable anymore. I hope this fantasy is allowed to live on for a little bit longer.
