    Lol Honolulu? You can **** right off. Who would play on that team? The flight from New York is like 12 hours. Them even putting that city last on the list made me stop reading the whole thing. It’s worse that Pimps idea of adding 4 teams and putting them all in New York because they have 8 million people and they are better than everyone else.

    Honolulu is ranked 15th so it's not like this author isn't scraping the bottom of the barrel.

    Which city do you think would be a better choice? Salt Lake City? Richmond? Sun Prairie?

    I think the logistics of Honolulu in the schedule would make it too difficult.
