Payroll and dh settings

The Librarian has the payroll below the cap, I think the dh settings are right, but I can't get to my roster to double check it because of the request time-out stuff.

There are some teams either unowned or with inactive owners that are going to make the playoffs but are not adhering to the DH rule (salary of $450,000 or less). How do you want to handle that...someone go in and make their lineups compliant, or scrap the DH rule and let all owners do what they want?

Just checking the playoff teams:

Hartford (navigator) is compliant
Washington (unowned) is not

St. Louis (unowned) is compliant
Cleveland (OC) is compliant

Walla Walla (doaf - inactive for 4 months) is not
Milwaukee (malfader - inactive for 8 months) is compliant

Tura (unowned) is compliant
Philadelphia (unowned) is not

Yikes, only 2 active owners in the playoffs....
