Almost Famous is where good offensive players go to die.

Five of the bottom seven offenses in the league are part of the Infamous Division. Only Scotland stands out.

I got a lot of dead offensive players in the USA.

For the 2nd season in a row, Scotland holds England to zero hits through 9 innings. In fact this time, England was hitless through 12 innings. In the 13th, the Bulldogs got a single (erased in a DP) and Scotland scored in the bottom half to end the game

Mild congrats to Schwager and Tyson on the 13 inning 1-hitter.

Gary Nicolas allowed zero hits to Greece in 9th innings and this time Scotland scored in regulation, winning 1–0

Hearty congrats to Nicolas on the no-hitter.

Scotland is crazy good. I knew coming into the cycle they'd be tough since they are young and developing and have great defense and great pitching with good bats to compliment. They were on the cusp of greatness when they got relegated so it was just a matter of time and a quick stay in Almost Famous.

Really gonna be a race for 2nd. I'm hoping not to lose ground in the race but we have some major holes on offense and in the rotation. Should be good enough to at least stay but we'll be fighting for that back to back to back promotion.

i didn't expect scotland to be this good. The pitching has made a jump and Galarraga is aging slow. But adding the MVP PSFA was a tipping point to a dominant team.

quick nitpick, scotland has been a 'stay' for the 3 cycles that i've been here. we are nearly AF lifers at this point.
