    1949 Season Chatter

I needed a CF so I threw SS Nick Surrett in with RA 84/84 and in his first ever game. 6 PO's and a CS. + a RNG factor of 60,000.00

Hey, I am back (former owner of the Tigers and Cardinals) and available to start playing again. I'd like to take over the Giants since they are the only team available. It'll be a challenge since the NL East was always the toughest (because of Vulp and Cy)

Welcome back DD. The Giants are a pretty solid team, Brooklyn is on the decline so it should be you will be battling the young Braves and Vulp for the playoff slots as we fade away.

Well, it was a very slow middle portion of my season as the new GM for the Giants'. I was experimenting with lots of different lineups. Finally, as September came around, I was firing on all cylinders. I'm hoping I can carry that success into next season. Until then, I'll settle for a decent draft pick in next year's draft
