    1983 Hot Stove

Seattle is ready to make some moves and is willing to part with the following players...

Jonathan McDonald RP https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4778671 (a Rule five pick or arm swap)

Nicholas Hart 1B https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4778661 (a Rule five pick)

To be honest no one is untouchable on my active roster except my SS (or my 3B as I have zero power) so take a look and don’t hesitate to send an offer....

I probably need to add some offense, or hit the reset button. Many of my hitters that were good in 81 got worse in 82 (though my pitchers got better). I will have to evaluate if I've got one more run in this team.

I could use a 3B, Bittner is in decline. Could stand another hitter probably. If you have ideas, let's talk.

3B Mendez can hit a little, has great RA but makes a lot of E's https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4778494

    1B Reinert is a Power bat https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4778651

DH Barrett has been one of my best hitters the first 2 seasons, he's 33 so probably not the most attractive and I would just as much keep him if i wasnt to get anything for him but may be someone worth while in a package deal. https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4778489

I also have some pitching that might be attractive for anyone looking at this. My two core players Duckett & Hart probably stay put but again if there is a nice package I'd consider.

For 3B I mainly need a 2-3 year rental, so that guy might be perfect. Let me evaluate and see if I have room to add a 1B/DH type. Maybe another pitcher would be good, too.

I am going nowhere soon so the following players are being made available..

Raymond Davis 1B - Good OBP, decent D, some pop (2nd rd pick or decent pitching prospect)

Mark Allen SS - A Year removed from an All-Star season, crapped out last year but I believe he will bounce back (Late 1st/Early 2nd or good pitching prospect)

Wayne Saunders P - Strikeout SP with control. (Mid to late 1st rd pick or above average pitching prospect)

If someone is interested in this young OFer, I'll take a low 2nd rounder or high 3rd rounder (rule 5 draft)
