Things got better in start 3...............until the 9th. Shutout through 8. Took a 2-0 lead to the bottom of 9 against division leader Detroit. Double, HR, Groundout, HR - ballgame. Progress....

Is Detroit still shopping Seavey while leading the division?

Yeah. Not for the offers I've gotten though.

I'm pretty sure that I've led the division at some point every year for the last 6 seasons and haven't made the playoffs in any of them. The collapse is inevitable with this team.

    Fighting selling some pieces:

    Bats:

Gordon, Eric -good bat .280 average/800ops, range plays in the corners
Roach, Frederick -31 year old 3B with some pop, range solid, 30HR potential in smaller stadium.
Pohlman, Kelly -may fill a role for someone

    Arms:
McGuinness, Allan -high FI bullpen arm that can spot start -2.90 ERA/ 1.20 WHIP
    Doyle Callahan -FI/SY starter - 2.30 ERA/ 1.10 WHIP
Schroeder, Mike - PO/CO arm with good EN-10+ K/9 with low walk rates-peripherals look fine-some bad luck /poor defense behind him this year
Redford Moore -End of rotation guy now, or BP arm- but can give some league average innings
