    Boy you better believe...

that it's another game of pick yer prospect. Pitchers A or B, 1 or 2, x or y:
    62 97 93 41 48 EN
with a small possiblity of a misscout on the EN, FI and CO should develop simultaneously
    88 97 62 27 70 EN
PO will probably peak 3-4 years before FI

because rostering him will require quality relievers? or because those stats inflate salary more? I'm leaning towards the first, I think there's a chance the elite FI/CO is enough to offset the low endurance...but it's been a while since I played

I wouldn't consider pitcher A as a starter - as you say, you'd require a lot of bullpen support. You'd also need to check your 'pull starter' instructions - the only way I'd consider a SP with such low EN is if their SY was really high, as then they would at least still have that to keep them going when they tire. With a low SY, pitcher A is not only going to tire early but he's got the potential for it to go really wrong as well...

#2 easy. Unless you are almost certain #1 is a big misscout in EN. Even then I'd still lean #2 I think.

He won't pitch enough innings to equal his salary. Once that EN starts to drop, and in my experience it drops at a young age, he will be a bad deal.

hmm you're right, I was hoping that salary tracked negatively for lower EN like it does positively for super high EN. also thinking that 48 EN might be acceptable, but it's true that it won't be at that level for long. the choice seems obvious now but I already made the wrong one lol, at least I've kept my honour intact by asking this after the fact.

The 2nd one and hope his PO doesn't develop. (I'm mostly joking on that)

i got lucky and the first guy ended up 72/98/93/54 with 59 EN. don't think he'll have any trouble throwing CGs.
