    All 7 of the SS were picked in the top 16. It was a good SS crop, but it also shows that it is a thin position across the league.

    Price for sure will not remain at short. Probably not Leigh either. Their bats will play anywhere.

    I made an offer to try and pry away SS Zink from PR but no dice...and I don't blame him at all. When Czech Republic said pick #8 was potentially available I was going to make an offer as long as SS Warren didn't go at #7...which he did. Waiting at pick #13 I figured I would grab either SS Andrew or SS Price...both were picked ahead of me. I still liked the other two available SS's but figured the there were a couple of better options still available so I went another way. Definitely agree it was a pretty good crop at SS this draft.
