Next year may be an option as MSU gets young, but won't loose much and will get even better for a while...

Congrats to Arizona on the sweep. We were again facing a clearly superior team, and although each individual game was close (3 1-run games), we could never quite get it done.

MSU and Alabama have played 3 one run ball games with one going extra.

Alabama is up 3 games to 2. Spartan Ace Joshua Oliver takes the mound in game 6 to try and force another 7 game series. Oliver is 3-0 (all starts ended in wins) in four starts thus far into the playoffs with a 1.29 ERA.

Well, that was disappointing. Oliver has probably his worst outing of his career.

    Good series man.

    Should be a good series.

Alabama's seniors looking for a second ring. Arizona, for all their dominance, hasn't won a CWS title since 1959.
