    Yeah, I put him in the rotation to see what he can do. Nothing to lose on this season.


    Edit: well I am 43-54 but 2 games behind the 2nd place team. Not sure if making the playoffs would be good or bad. The way the offense has done lately the last 2 months worth, they are already in the offseason in spirit, so barring phenomenal pitching it might be moot.

    Done pretty good in first 2 starts , though only 5 innings each. 2 and 0 earned runs allowed respectively.

    ANd those turned out to be his only 2 non-QS. I have thank everyone for the SP suggestion. He was a big part in us getting one more playoff shot before rebuild (we got beat in the first rd. but what happen, happens)

    Not sure if he will stay with me or he'll prove more valuable in trade in the long run (though given his SY rating and what SY pitchers generally do for me longevity wise, it is reasonable to expect he could be the vet guy to lead a new crop when I get rebuilt)

    Has an 0.98 ERA through 7 starts this year.
