    Low Minors Position Change

Wondering if it is possible to allow the low minors position change feature to be used either all year, or as soon as draft picks are assigned to your roster. It would be nice to be able to move them as soon as they are drafted into another position versus losing a season and a half to “develop” them...

Hmm, I guess it would be convenient, but given it is a season to do so otherwise, it wouldn't be fair (unless it was configured to not allow the change until the next draft day)

Not many players, I draft are ready in under a year and a half, so it doesn't hit too hard.

Should it not take time to "develop" the ability to play a new position?

You can move a player any time you want. If you want to increase their potentials at the new position, etc, then imo, they need to sit in your LM for a little bit. Seems to make logical sense.

It would if the good defensive players already played the good positions and the weak ones played weaker positions, sure. The game is random however.
