After two straight trips to the World Series, the Browns were kind of caught in the middle this season - with several declining veterans & a stable of young talent that is still a year or two away from the bigs. Choosing to stay the course, that left St. Louis on the outside looking in when it came to the playoffs. 86 wins is still a solid campaign, but it could signal a changing of the guard with some of the familiar faces in the lineup likely on their way out.

One bright spot was Rookie of the Year Alberto Johnson, who mashed 51 HR with an OPS north of 1.000. The front office is hopeful that former #3 overall pick Danny Washington will make a sizeable leap this offseason & join him in the heart of the lineup next season.

Age has caught up to a number of the veterans in the St. Louis lineup, with potential holes at 3B, C, & CF this offseason - and possibly 1B if Washington isn't ready. Could be a very interesting offseason in St. Louis.

The Admirals had another run of the mill season record wise. We do believe that we are poised to start the climb in 2007.

13 players on our current roster show 0 (zero) experience. 1 player with 4 years, 3 players with 3 years, 1 with 2 years, 3 with 1 year. SO the full youth movement has begun, we anticipate a couple rookies next year as well. The foundation is there, time for them to blossom. Here is to a run, from 2007 to 2017, of epic proportions!
