Wrigley will be Penalized in the 2122 draft based on the following rule:

-180 Wins over the course of 3 seasons.

-If a team does not meet the minimum win requirement, their next available 1st round draft pick will be moved down 5 slots in the draft order. This does not include picks that are already traded, but it does include picks that are traded after a team is penalized. (Example: A team wins 54 games in 2097. It has already traded its 2098 1st round draft pick. Its 2099 1st round pick is penalized. Then it trades its 2099 pick. The pick is still penalized.)

    Wrigley Wins:

    2119 60
    2020 66
    2121 53
    Total 179

I am fine with both 55 and the three year total since new teams are exempt.

There's no single game threshold. Only a rolling 180 per 3 years. The question in the subject of this thread has already been resolved a few years ago....

2 teams failed to win 180 games in the last 3 seasons. Since both teams traded their 1st round picks the penalty will be assessed for the 2134 draft.

    Year Wins
    Tokyo
    2132 52
    2131 68
    2130 58
    Total 178

    Brooklyn
    2132 59
    2131 57
    2130 61
    Total 177
