Assigned PSFA salary problem

Hi I assigned Ira Dorsey and Bobby Scott to teams who drafted them,but their salary are still the illegal overbidding salary signed by other team before.
They should be assigned with the base salary $4,089,000 and $2,800,000 not $6,199,000 and $5,910,000.
Can CSFBL admin help assign Ira Dorsey to Arizona Diamondbacks with $4,089,000 and Bobby Scott to Kiruna Laplanders with $2,800,000 thanks?
I haven't met this kind of problem when I used the old reassign player system before.
