End of an ERA. Georgia, fresh off another heart stabbing World Series defeat, has parted ways with Charles Baker. Georgia has done it all with Baker - except one thing...the biggest thing. So it’s been a good ride just not a great ride Charles.

We’ll close with some highlites since sniping him off the Free agency market 7 seasons ago:

3 AS, 1 CYA (robbed of another), 93-48 record, 3.51 ERA, 91 CG, 12 SHOs

Maybe not HOF numbers but great numbers for a guy we gave up nothing to acquire.

So on we go. A new ERA. Let’s hope there’s no more doughnut jokes in our future. Lol.

Two young CF available Chris Smith 91/100 RA https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4646492 or Tony Bustamonte https://www.csfbl.com/player/view.asp?playerid=4711638 98/100 RA. Either could be a great utility type player. Make an offer.
