The Dels were hootin' and hollerin' after this walk-off win against the Hoot Owls:

Ahead 7-0 going to the ninth, our bullpen managed to blow the entire lead. So we had to bat in the bottom of the ninth with the score tied 7-7.

Our third baseman Vincent Linares stepped up to lead off the inning and lined the first pitch he saw over the 374-foot sign in right-center, thus nullifying the Hoot Owls' comeback.

That is CRAZY ! I love watching all the game on the somewhat new play-by-play viewer! Wish our Hobos were playing better baseball! I am not sure why our club sucks so bad this season compared to the last season. Guess we are getting rather old, might have to start a bit of a REBUILD here in HOBOLAND!

I don't know if this has been tried before, but the Dels will be going with an all-lefty bullpen for the next few games as an experiment.

And yet another owners drops a team they just recently picked up! Louisiana Lightning is now available; what gives with the inability to attract owners to The Lawn? This league used a have a lenghty waiting list and now?

P.S. - my Toronto team is holding its "annual" fire sale! Come get 'em while you can! No reasonable offer refused!
