    Quick general question.

Does a SP get rest before his scheduled start? Example: say your pitcher is at 91% the day before a start. Does he get the extra day of rest before his start? Making him 100% before the game starts?

No, if he is at 91% the day before he is scheduled to start, he will start the game at 91%

No, they gain back after the game if they didn't participate, otherwise they go down if they played. It updates fatigue after the game.

Right, so he doesn't gain back for the game the day before he pitches, on the flip to the day he pitches?

As soon as the game the day before is finished the fatigue updates. So as soon as you view it the day before he pitches, the fatigue has already recovered for that day. Then the next day, the day he pitches, it updates fatigue as soon as the game has played, meaning he doesn't get a bump before the game.

So it just matters where the NEXT is on your starter lineup lol. Day before, he's gaining.
