Are there any "really unusual plays" built into the game?

I remember a book years ago about a guy who designed his own fantasy baseball game. He built in the game extremely rare, 1 in 100 million events such as a player being hit by a line drive and killed. I was wondering if csfbl has any unusual plays built in - like unassisted triple plays, balks, etc.

We used to have a thing where a player had a 1/10000 chance of retiring at the end of the flip due to career ending injury. Needless to say it got done away with.

That's what i have been told , i wasn't here to see it.
I just can't look its killing me
    And taking control
Jealousy, turning saints into the sea
    Swimming through sick lullabies
    Choking on your alibis
But it's just the price I pay
    Destiny is calling me
    Open up my eager eyes
    Cause I'm Mr Brightside

Yeah, with my luck, I'd have my best under-30 player retire like that every other year.
