    Seven!

As in, seven consecutive World Series championships for eagriffin and his Purgatory Iconoclastics, of the International Baseball Association (IBA). It is my sincere misfortune to own a team in the same division as the Iconoclastics. It's like being in Purga- ohh, never mind.

As far as I know, 7 consecutive championships ties the CSFBL record. I'd be curious to know if any CSFBL team has ever won 8 or more World Series in a row.

Best dynasty I've ever seen in one of my leagues was 8x in 9 seasons, but the lone mishap was square in the middle. Almost made it 10x in 11 seasons, but an out-of-nowhere loss to a sub-.500 team in the WS cost him once.

7 in a row is VERY impressive.

And we fast forward to October, 2086. October 12, four teams having a day off. The Iconoclastics won 99 games on the season, 3rd best in the IBA. In the Divisional Round, the two teams who won more (both with 103) were eliminated. 9-3. 6-3. 6-1. 3-0. Those were the scores, as Purgatory swept the Canarble Wagon. In the Southern Conference LCS, the Icono's have taken the first two games, 3-2 (in 13 innings) and 6-4.

Six wins. No losses. Halfway to an eighth consecutive championship. Crazy, man, crazy.

Up three games to none in the league championship, the Iconoclastics lose three straight. Then they win. And off to the World Series they go, with a shot at eight straight championships.

In the 2086 IBA World Series, the Iconoclastics dropped the opener at home to the Tulsa Drillers, 4-0. They've won the next three, 5-4, 7-2 and 4-3. One win away from an eighth consecutive World Series crown.

And Purgatory completed the 8 peat with an 8-0 game 5 victory. I've never seen 8 straight World Series championships before and am curious to know if it's ever happened in the annals of CSFBL.
