BenjiPla, that would be GREAT. Jellyinsd made me one that did all that "magic". Don't know what happened to it? We had a falling out, and it kinda went by the waste side since. If you could make one it would be SO cool. I have no ideal how you computer guys format all that to grab the stats so easily and quickly , but it would be much appreciated. I'm the kind of guy that usually finds the hard way to do stuff and then just plugs away old school style! Something to be said for both ways, but as I get older smarter and easy sure sounds okay by me! Let me know what you need. I am open to using different stat categories that you might find better. Right now I use R, H, 2B, HR, RBI, BB, Least SO, TB, XB, OPS for offense. -H, -R, -BB, SO, ERA, WHIP, OAVG, OOBP, OSLG, LWTS for the ten pitching cats and for defense I use E, DP, RNG. With the best team in each cat scoring 1 pt. and the worst team scoring a 24 if they are last place in a stat. Simple, but if tells alot about a team. I'd like to keep the numbers the same 10 for pitching and 10 for hitting, and 3 for defense, so that the numbers can mean the same thing; for example, under a 100 is a fantastic team and 400 and over means back to the drawing board (rebuilding).

Thanks smittias, whenever the time comes is fine. Jr. is getting the baseball itch again (he constantly sends me texts of even the slightest minor mlb signings.) Great to have my son as my "go to" to talk up baseball with. Just wish I could get him to stick here in this league. But, it competes with mlb, fantasy baseball, video games, homework, etc. etc.

Okay, I think I can work with that, should have something working within a week, maybe even tomorrow(as the Mrs. is away for the evening anyway). If you don't hear from me by then, please remind me.

the space bar thing is a weird forum bug that seems to pop up now and then. Just go to the next line and then back and all works fine. In otherwords, just hit enter and backspace and all will work. I don't know why its happening. Its quite strange, but easily worked-around.

That's a faster fix than the one I've been using which is to switch to source edit mode.
