The one thing missing - basically since day one - was a strong commissioner. Strong commissioners attract and keep great owners. We didn't have that, so we never got critical mass on board participation, and the better owners left. But the concept of a ridiculously low hard cap remains a fantastic idea just waiting for a real champion.
Yes, I too was always very intrigued by the lower caps especially with all the cap raising that went on for a while.

How is this league doing? I am working on a project.

I am looking for a "donor" league, probably not this one, but I like the creative thinking here.

PM me if you are interested in joining?

I'll look into it tommorrow. I also have an idea for league revival. Meant for elsewhere, but maybe here.

Are the rest of the owners in this league open to the Star*League concept? We are still looking for a league to use.

Got it, thanks Extreme333 for chiming in. When we do get a league, hopefully the carcass of one of the merger leagues... we would love some more active owners like you!

no - we're staying as NewYork NY league for now - we just started this up from another dead league, and hope to go private in a few seasons, once we fill up with owners. Good luck though, with your new league - CSFBL needs good ideas like your league.
