    The best pitcher is likely from a lousy league were a perfect ratings guy can dominate.

    334-74 with a 1.91 ERA and .99 WHIP...maybe CK was right. Then again, he only had 6 Cy Young awards so for most of his career he wasn't even the best pitcher in his own league. So, probably not.
