Is this possible...preseason PSFA was assigned for 7M then dropped 2 days later then resigned for 3.2 M by same team???? This should not happen!!!!!?

Not sure 100 is a good number unless Waiver Wire gets reduced such as add 100 the 100 longest on Waiver Wire get removed... In any case I think...
