Glad to see you're returning to CBL. Hope you're just as successful this 2nd time round!

On a side note - have you ever had commissioner powers in a league - Sportman13 is unable to set the speed to zero games per day, and we're wondering if that's normal. (I'm not yet set as commiss, so I don't know what's happening). I'd like to stop the sim clock, so that we could complete the reorganization of the league / divisions.etc. Maybe you can't stop league time during the pre-season -I just don't know why he can't do it. If you have any idea please let Sportman13 know!
